I will usher in a whole new burst of new small businesses by encouraging all kinds of new entrepreneurship with tax breaks for new industries, as all as those who will now be producing here what was previously imported from China, which will create millions more jobs.
Because all commerce is affected by the cost of energy, we will keep energy plentiful and cheap for both consumers and producers.
In practically every arena of business activity, including health care, higher education, there is a proliferation of bureaucratic administrators who push paper and provide little service and absorb the lions share of the costs, while those providing the services: doctors, nurses, teachers don’t see their share grow. This tendency with systems is unfair, inefficient, and demoralizing and I will work with the congress and input from the American people to change it.
